What is included in your price ?
The hire charges include services of driver, insurance and fuel.
Are hire charges in your website valid for all kind of requirement ?
The rates in our website are usually good for all type of requirements except ( doli ) or steel mountain roads as on roads to Ladakh, Char Dham, etc. It is better to reconfirm charges in such cases.
How are distance, hours and number of days calcuated ?
The distance is calculated from our garage to garage. Our timings also start and finish at our garage and not at the reporting address or where you leave the car. The number of days are considered on calendar basis and in case when you are leave the car out of Delhi then we shall calculate also those days which car takes to come back to Delhi.
What are your terms of payment ?
We normally request for an advance amount for a guaranteed reservation which can be paid either by credit card ( secured link ) or through bank remittance. The balance is normally to be paid at the time of start of assignment.
What happens if I have to cancel my car rental services or change my car rental reservation ?
There is normally no cancellation fee in case of our compact and mid size cars unless otherwise specified. At the time of reservation request, we shall advise amount of advance payment and terms of reservation and cancellation.
What will happen if I have to change my tour programme during the trip ?
You need to inform us as soon as you wish to make any changes. If there are changes in your itinerary but number of days remain same, then we shall calculate the revised cost and let you know if there is any change in the cost due to the changes. If you need car for more number of days then we shall do our best to provide you the same at additional cost subject to availability.
Is the boarding & lodging of driver included in the car rental price & will he be at our disposal all the time ?
You do not have to pay for meals or accommodation for the driver. Drivers in India do expect a tip from clients which is discretionary. The car with driver remains at disposal of the clients from morning till evening. Of course, clients also need to take care that driver has enough time for his meals and rest.
Can you quote me in other currencies ?
We have no problem in sending you rates in other foreign currencies viz US Dollars, Euros, GBP, or any other currencies acceptable in India.
